Cardiff-Workout by the Sea is a
women’s outdoor fitness boot camp. It is designed and tailored
for today’s woman. Spend the next four weeks going through
our challenging morning workouts and still have time to do your
daily regime. Whether you just had a baby or are training for
next year’s Rock ‘N Roll marathon, you will get results.
Your team trainer is Alisha Ramirez. She has her degree in Kinesiology
as well as her certification as a personal and group fitness trainer.
As a former collegiate athlete she will make sure you have fun,
get the burning workout that will get you results and have a good
time doing it.

What is Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp? Cardiff-Workout by the Sea is designed as a 4-week outdoor
fitness instructional camp. We provide fitness instruction and
motivational training that is designed to help you reach your
fitness goals. This total body fitness camp includes challenging
exercises that is suitable for people that are in tip top shape,
moderate shape or for beginners that need to a kick start. Our
camp is exclusively for women. Have fun with others that share
your similar goals and that believe in the buddy system for motivation.

This camp is designed for women by women. It is run by a fitness
expert (who is a woman). It works women’s target areas
(Butts, thighs, stomach and arms). This full body workout is
done in 1 HOUR a day. This is not a big gym membership commitment.
This is four weeks that will show you greater results than months
at a gym on a treadmill. Women are naturally gifted when it
comes to time management. Do not waste any more of yours with
nonproductive routines. Let me shape you up and make you feel
great. Regardless if you are in perfect shape or just getting
back into it, you will feel and see the results. I challenge

Who is this designed for?
For women that want to make a change. Whether that is getting
back in shape or pushing your self to the next level. For women
on the go that need and want to exercise, but need to make the
most of their day. Only 1 HOUR a day of this intense workout
WILL produce results. We will get a pre and post evaluation
so that you can monitor your progress. All levels of fitness
are welcomed. Like any team we make sure that everyone shows
improvement and meets their fitness goals. Your team trainer
will make sure to focus not only on your overall health and
fitness, but also working those target areas of hips, stomach
and thighs. If you are tired of gym equipment, same old routines,
and time wasted going through the process of getting up and
going to the gym….
