Crow Enterprizes had requested California Computer Advantage, Inc. (CCA) to provide a solution that would increase company productivity and efficiency. CCA setup and configured a Windows 2003 Domain Server for added security and a 1024 Bit Encrypted VPN connection to a their off-site office.
We designed a Cat 5E-network infrastructure allowing the sharing of sensitive data between multiple office systems in the main office and the remote office. Because Crow Enterprizes has grown so rapidly they requested that we provide them with a more robust version of QuickBooks so CCA setup QuickBooks Enterprise 6.0 and UPS World Ship software to be shared throughout the network in order to speed the process of order taking and product tracking. This allowed Crow Enterprizes to concentrate more on their business growth!

We started by providing an Anti-Virus solution to protect their Server and Clients systems with automatic updates and scans.
We configured their Wireless Access points to use High Encryption for added security and the flexibility to move throughout their office area.We setup roaming profiles to allow user's to receive their settings wherever they logon, we also setup several network printers to allow for shared printing.

California Computer Advantage assisted with setting up a SDSL Internet connection and configured a peer to peer network in order to streamline their Mail Order processing enabling Coast Airbrush to expedite credit card processing and e-mail confirmation of customer phone orders.

Trademark Hoist & Crane had requested California Computer Advantage to provide an Internet presence on the World Wide Web. California Computer Advantage designed and setup the domain name, domain hosting and web site to have their business information available to prospective clients. We also implemented a network infrastructure allowing the sharing of sensitive data between multiple office systems, shared printers. We setup and configured a T1 (T1 provided Mpower) with a firewall connection to the Internet.

Teresa’s Jewelry is located in the Santa Ana California had called on California Computer Advantage to configure, install and support their Internet connectivity solutions (DSL line).  California Computer Advantage was requested to migrate their workstations to Windows 2000 Professional and to remove existing network infrastructure and re-build their entire network which provided an increase in network performance. California Computer Advantage implemented a Peer-to-Peer network Intranet that allowed the workstations inside the office to communicate efficiently with each other, sharing their existing database, internet connections and printer devices.
