Current Openings: Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced desktop support technician to join our successful team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a desktop support role, any combination of certifications (MCP, A+, N+, etc), experience supporting a windows environment (Win98 W2K, XP, MS Office, etc), and Active Directory experience. If you meet these qualifications and are interested then please send your resume in a MS Word format.

System and Network troubleshooting
Configure and manage local users and group accounts
Configure and manage printers
Troubleshooting, Cleaning and Maintenance
Ability to lift 75lbs. to move heavy computers, printers, etc.
Able to install Mother Boards, Power Supplies, Central Processing Units, Memory, CMOS/BIOS, Drives, Input and Output Devices, Adapters, Printers and Ports
